Is there a deadline to order?
You can purchase your Letter Writing Box at any time. However, if you pre-order the next quarterly box, it won't ship until the 10th (or following business day if the date falls on a weekend) of the corresponding month.
Example: If you place an order of a previous LWB (let's say the October Box while still in stock) and pre-order a new LWB at the same time (the January Box), they will ship together on Jan. 10th. When you combine orders in the same shipment, it allows you to save on shipping cost. If you order a previous LWB that is in stock and still wish to receive it first (and do not want to wait to receive it along with the new LWB that you pre-ordered), then a separate purchase must be made.
When do you ship my order?
Your Letter Writing Box will ship on the 10th of the month (or following business day if the date falls on a weekend) via USPS First Class and can take up to 2 to 10 business days for most domestic orders and 7 to 21 days for international orders.
Do you ship to Canada and Internationally?
Yes, I do now! However, please be aware that you might be charged for custom duty charges or fees at your own expense. I do have a few international countries available upon checkout like Australia, New Zealand and Canada including the U.S., Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you don't see your country of choice, feel free to make a request and I will do my best to accommodate. However with the new European GDPR guidelines I am not able to sell or ship to European countries.

How will you be shipping my order?
Packages under 13oz. are shipped via USPS First Class. Packages over 1lb. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Note: North Carolina residents are subject to sales tax and applicable tax on shipping. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Why the price increase on The Letter Writing Box?
When “The Letter Writing Box” was launched it was on a trial basis. After doing this for a year, I can say this has been a learning experience for sure. There were a lot of factors that I did not take into consideration and even know about.
If you have purchased the LWB in the past, you are a recipient of my “à La Carte” service, receiving individual attention to every detail. A process that I do not cut corners with. Also, as a small shop owner, I do not keep inventory or mass produce stationery in bulk like many other JW stationery shops do. This is a complete exclusive service. I personally work with different paper mills and printers to find the best options for each and every individual Letter Writing Box that is curated. As your personal stationer shopper, I make it my heartfelt endeavor to make your Letter Writing Box a truly one of a kind unique experience found nowhere else.
In order to provide and ensure continued quality, the price increase* will be covering the growth expenses, printing production as well as unique and special paper goods that you would normally miss out on or would not consider purchasing yourself. Additionally, I don't always have the benefit and privilege to receive wholesale pricing on certain featured items, paper goods or stationery due to restrictive large minimum requirements, which often leads me having to pay the full retail price.
Please feel rest assure that a lot of time and dedication goes into creating each and every Letter Writing Box. Hours of navigating through the latest, testing products, spending hours and sleepless nights trying to find the right items that can complement one another, verifying prices and trying paper samples, all for you! I also work with independent illustrators to bring you unique hand drawn illustrations (no clip art here!), in which special licenses need to be purchased in order to have commercial rights. Plus, creating and designing, editing, quality assurance, etc. which is a whole other world of its own! And the endless hours preparing, assembling, packaging and shipping your beautiful LWB's all on my own. A process I truly love and enjoy doing!
Therefore, this new 2019 service year I will be continuing to focus on paper quality, after all it is the core for letter witnessing. Including more textures, cotton blends and linens, which vary in prices and production. I will also be growing the “embossing” collection, offering new designs and making it a signature piece. And soon, new artistic decorative touches never featured before, will be offered here for the first time! Stay tuned since I will making an announcement soon!

Do you offer a return policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me and I would do my due diligence to do my very best to make it right and make you happy!
